Founded in 2015, Serenity Flow Studio was born from a simple belief - that movement is medicine and stillness is strength. Our intimate, small-group classes create a sanctuary where every practitioner feels seen, supported, and guided by experienced instructors who meet you exactly where you are.
We hold space for both the fire of vinyasa and the softness of restorative practice. Here, there is no competition, only compassion.
